Ballad of Lonely Bear, 6:25 - energetic, folksey, slow parts, fleeing Poland 2. Soldier's Waltz, 3:12 - slow, moody, gets faster & louder 3. Northern Lights, 3:42 - slow, gets much faster, strong violin base 4. Iron Pump, 1:50 - choppy, moody, strong base 5. Watching Neighbours, 3:37 - slow, lonely, mournful 6. Kochana, 4:04 - very energetic, loud shaking moments 7. Warsaw Girl, 1:46 - starts slow, picks up 8. Sing Tadzio: The Requiem, 3:15 - slow, deep, as if heard from the bottom of a well 9. Hushush, 2:07 - slow, quiet 10. A Story of the Forging of Little Olek's Social Ralist Spirit, 3:20 - slowish, significant changes in volume through the piece, folksy, much shaking of rattles 11. When We Were Children, 5:14 - first half: quicker, quieter. second half: slower, picks up volume as it goes along, anti-suburban ending, slow violin movement tacked onto the very end.
